Professor Imtiaz Ahmed

Professor Imtiaz Ahmed is one of South Asia's most-cited scholars on international relations, peace and conflict studies, and the politics of identity. He has led the Centre for Genocide Studies at the University of Dhaka — the institutional home of the Bangladesh Peace Observatory — since 2012, and provides editorial direction for the Observatory's research and publication programmes.
